       @lauren To be fair, at least when I worked at Google they did a good job of actually doing this on purpose. Writing about their internal processes with just enough omission to lead "experts" astray. Their whole PUE campaign was masterful in this regard. It suited them to have "experts" out there misleading competitors who grossly underestimated what they were doing.

       @Teri_Kanefield I imagine that today's "Twitter Experience" might be similar to walking around Rome in the late 300's, posters of places that are no longer Roman, faded event venues with cracking facades, bordered up cafes with unsavory characters, leering at passersby,  lounging at the tables on the street. ..

       @lauren I got to tour the Carl Vincent once and the officer giving the tour described "vents and voids" duty which sounded a bit like this. Gotta check those spaces. I totally would have put in Jeffries tubes but you know, nobody ever asks me. 😄
