       @bedast And why should that be the goal? If you need exogenous insulin, you NEED exogenous insulin. Were you tested for autoantibodies?

       @bedast Not to be repetitive but have you ever been checked for autoantibodies? GAD? You sound like me. Perhaps the problem is that you are autoimmune and not t2? I don't mean to question your docs but I've seen too many folks (including myself) struggling with meds because the docs never checked for autoantibodies. I was originally dx'd T2 based purely on my age and had to fight to get them to test further..

       @bedast I really want to start a push where c-pep and autoantibody testing is standard care for *any* diabetes diagnosis. They should be standard.
