@benjaminhollon @twizzayP.S.,It simply cannot be understated how huge of a revelation the N64 was. It blew EVERYTHING else out of the water.The PSX could actually push more polygons, but didn't look nearly as good for technical reasons I don't remember (check out Modern Vintage Gamer's video on the PSX graphics issues if you're curious).The NeoGeo was (I think) the very first 3D console, the PSX was the first HIT 3D console, but the N64 felt like it was two years ahead of the game.They used actual sgi hardware, so the graphics, while limited polygons-per-second-wise, looked freaking incredible.People actually thought the N64 had full-screen antialiasing, where it actually just had better texture interpolation than the PSX (I forget the actual term), and it did a simple 1-pixel horizontal blur to make everything appear smooth. XD

That said, I cannot in any good conscience support trump, nor have I the capacity of seeing anyone who actually supports trump in 2024 being anything other than some sad combination of deceived, deluded, pro-fascism/racism, cognitively challenged, or simply insane. * It must be said that a lot of the supposed "fringe left" is an amplification/exaggeration of propagandists on the right, if not an absolute fabrication. The best way to prevent people of conscience from listening to each other is to paint the opposite side as irrational or mad. It's ironic to say that, knowing that I basically called trump supporters stupid or insane, but there it is.

I think my trump-supporting brethren have had the blinders pulled over their eyes to see abortion as the ONLY justice issue, and amassing influence and political power as the only worthwhile political goal.I have to be unequivocal about this: they should absolutely bloody know better. To read the beauty of the Gospel and then to throw your weight behind a fascist demagogue is utterly unthinkable, and yet, there it is. So much of the churched sucked into that odious undertow.It's a weekly challenge to keep my heart in anything approaching the right perspective, being in the midst of that.

@amerika @fuat2mb @GenXer @ladyhopeAssuming that I agree that abortion is the most important issue (which I don't), or that abortion can never be warranted (I think it can if it is medically necessary to save a life, although it's never something to be done flippantly), do you think Trump's supposed pro-life stance excuses his racism, his fascism, his corruption of our national institutions and turning of half of congress and most of the Supreme Court into his own personal flying monkeys?Because I seriously do not, and if you do, I don't see any limit to what you could excuse for the sake of this one pyrrhic victory.

Went to #BibleStudyFellowship tonight.It's honestly been a mixed bag... the doctrine steers heavily evangelical and even kinda baptisty at times, but we had a really good fellowship tonight because one of the guys shared his testimony in a very personal and vulnerable way.It really made my day. :)
