Notice how only one court so far has shown fortitude to look at the merits. Two had hearings but then wimped out when it got real. The rest pretend they can only address issues looking forward when clearly other federal contests historically have been addressed on merits or under contest for that election.

I'm ready this week for the treasury to start sanctions and military arrests for treason. Will help the legislators realize they had compromised foreign assets bullying them this whole time. And may even flip the us house back to gop for a critical period. Regardless of what scotus does.

Is the whole 230 fireworks really just a bunch of stray lightning and red pills for when the treasury siezes you tube, Google, Facebook, for conspiracy to overthrow the government with foreign nations (with the DNI report)? You don't need 230 repeal for that to happen as a national security issue.

Folk contemplating Powell is doing the public awareness suits (and possible scotus intervention) up the chain to be primed as the next AG. Not sure I buy that theory since that would involve a big Senate confirmation delay.Makes more sense that Barr would tap her as a special prosecutor under the same statute Mueller was tapped for all things related to dominion smartmatic and Edison, etc... she has said in interviews she has enough evidence to start prosecutions. No senate confirmation.

@REX That is the most dismaying thing is patriots are trying to use our republic fail safes to remedy this foreign takeover and they have all failed. If Trump was not already president with the remedies he has available, I do not have confidence this could be stopped.
