@hidden honestly. get up and move around and use that limb. people have a weird twisted idea of sickness nowadays. like you are sick lie in bed and do nothing, is horrible for you. your body enters a state of rest and doesnt function at full capacity. one you get up and moving it can help your body recognise something is wrong, and your body should be able to start doing things on its own to help rebuild itsself. its like when you get pins and needles feeling from cutting off your blood flow, its best to work through the pain and move your arm around in order to get blood flowing back to that area. this may not work but it could potentially help. when I had covid (aka the flu) I was still active and working and move boxes around the house. it helped me to feel better and get rid of the fatigue I Was feeling, than next time I got sick with the cold I layed in bed and felt fucking terrible. I cant explain the science behind this but in my own personal case doing being active while sick has never harmed me.

@hidden lol just now realized I misspelled "alternative". also I dont have my book where I have all this stuff written down as of right now. I would suggest maybe try taking some calcium or magnesium vitamins, those might help.

lets stop with book covers. they serve no purpose. they look shit most of the time, just have the title and authors name. if you have a book you'll never see the cover cause you should be reading the book.
