       @StephZihms @serenissimaj This is what we need. I actually feel guilty taking out a few hours to write during my working day. 20% of my contract is for research and writing, but other workload tasks take that time. Hence the guilt since I'm not done with admin!

       @StephZihms @serenissimaj Unfortunately, our UK universities know full well how long admin takes, sadly. They bank on the fact that we work excessive overtime hours -- hence the strikes right now. Workload modelling is a huge issue -- each year the admin requirements go up and the time allotted for it in the workload goes down.  It doesn't include CPD, required training, etc. either.  I will take a look at your resources.  Thank you!
