I keep seeing stories about this...It's not just in Ohio. We need to have a class for illegal immigrants, detailing mundane things that most in the first world take for granted - dispose of your litter, don't poop in the streets, don't murder, don't rape, don't eat the ducks in the park, don't sacrifice house pets for your Satanic rituals. Somehow, they don't know this stuff.
