@ThomasWic texting is a big reason I've given up motorcycling for the time being. This has been my #1 fear. Not drunks (although they've thrown a scare into me). Being stopped and at the mercy of these idiots. Which is why I am a proponent of lane splitting. Being able to legally pull between two vehicles at a stop.Allows me to use them as crumple zones.Moot point. I'm done for awhile.

She was not an employee at the time her sister and I were together.According to sis, the word on Bloomberg among the females was that he was VERY forward, and he had women in most cities he traveled to. @NevadaJack I don't know how SCOTUS can allow this to go forward.It falls 100% in the Protection of Lawful Commerce Act. There is no way, not 1 single percentage point, that they can prove Remington sold the gun negligently or with the purpose of killing those kids.
