@shacker this feature landed with macOS Monterey and iOS 15. It is a feature that needs the ANE (Apple Neural Engine). Needs A12 or better so some might not notice if they didn’t update iPhone / iPad / Mac.

@notroot @rodhilton I setup @gotosocial on fly.io (free) but the project doesn’t want to implement all of mastodon API anymore. I was just doing a test drive - never migrated over.

@alexstandiford not sure how it is where you’re at… but my local library in Oregon has a maker lab of 3D printers anyone in the county can use. Perhaps your local library has the same?

@benjaminwittes We are not obsessed because we all have ice on demand already. Worst case we go to local market, gas station, or ice vending machine.Basically Americans all live in an ice supply paradise.

According to #feditips regular mastodon supports displaying rich text. But it doesn't say what kind of rich text. Can someone tell me what this is? Simple HTML?
