I'm just starting insulin - had gestational while carrying and it broke my body, so diabetic I am. Been 19yr, though. I worked like a bastard on exercise/food so I wouldn't have to use insulin but here I am, at the sharp end LoL.Absolutely vital to know what does and doesn't exacerbate the sugars, and fast food certainly does us no favours.
