I've been on the fence with that. @LTJG_Pliskin You can, but it's not recommended.Cool cloth is better. You can actually shock it into a deeper burn.If it's blistering (even a little) it's a 2!d degree burn you want to treat with cold cloth and treating oils like Vaseline.The only time you dress with ice is directly afterward and the skin temperature is still rising as the heat is still traveling deeper into skin.
