I was just at my local HomlessDethspot and starting to see prices go down on reasonable big ticket items like toolboxes and lawnmowers. Thats nice, seems like things are slowing down a bit then.

@CSB There are likely industries (like mine) that will be too niche and expensive to train an a robot to effectively do the job of a human in the live corporate and entertainment video industry. There are so many variables you have to deal with that frequently require creativity in engineering and the art of good camerawork in adverse conditions with half broken gear. I don’t see that coming in my lifetime. Regardless, my talent stack is so deep I will never be unemployed.

@SubtlePenguin I’ve been renting the polestar 2 a bunch lately on work trips and been very happy. It’s a fun playtoy. I was talking to a guy who just bought an F150 lightning at a charger and he was grousing about how much time he has had to spend charging it since he is waiting on his home charger to arrive and get set up.

@ReadyKilowatt They have this penchant lately for constantly rolling out completely unrelated product lines outside of their core business then abandoning them not long after. It’s been biting them in the rear and by what they have been doing lately I think they’re starting to figure that out.

@ReadyKilowatt When I first started installing UI stuff in the mid 5.x releases it was quite good. Later on in the 5.x controllers I started getting suspicious, but after they launched the UDM and 6.x software, all hell broke loose.
