The study that the claim is derived from is completely insufficient. It didn't measure 20k receptors, it measured 112 and extrapolated. They were also soft touch receptors, which don't account for sexual pleasure. A penis is less dense in such receptors than an armpit. It shouldn't be hard to find if you want to look.

I don't have it offhand, but the study is where the sexual pleasure talking point comes from specifically about touch receptors. Your hypotheticals are illogical because the sum possibility of such potential would allow for it on God's actuation, there is no 'just so' necessitation that you can demonstrate (which would require the same assumption on blind hypotheticals that alternatives could not obtain). It's a cope though, it's not a counterargument. No regression to exclusion present (meaning you didn't actually present a counterargument to make your case, you deflected and didn't demonstrate the logical validity of your view).
