       So #JeremyRenner a freaking #Avenger gets run over by a snow plow and is in critical condition and #DamarHamlin an #NFL player nearly becomes the first player to die on the field (maybe he technically did?) and I can't find a single toot about either.These seem like pretty significant events dealing with two of the largest entertainment properties on the planet; yet Mastodon clearly isn't the place to discuss them... Not a good sign tbh.

       Also I looked at the birdsite and it's chock full of nut jobs blaming the vaccine on #DamarHamlin's heart attack, so I'd much rather have to do obscure and silly things to find the conversation than deal with those types of people being a part of it.

       @stux can someone please give me the context of this? I can gather than Stux appears to be someone with power over Mastodon, is he implying that if you post the burning of a book or flag you'll be banned? Or was there some troll doing very specific things to which he's referring to broadly?TIA!
