Any #meditation tips or websites or apps that you would recommend?I need to start a daily meditation practice I think, and lean towards mindfulness type of things. I don't need it to sleep, just to de-stress and relax my muscles and sort of center myself in the middle of the day.#MentalHealth #wellness #mindfulness

Once upon a time, I #knit a scarf. I am a very average #crochet girl normally, but once I made a simple scarf and I love it. That was 10 years ago.Now, I think to myself, I'll make another more complicated one! A small delicate one! It'll be fun!What on earth have I gotten myself into?! Haha. My body/mind doesn't know when to sleep right now. My schedule is very off.I realized I hadn't eaten at all yesterday since I was feeling so sick, so even though it's 2am I made some quick food and now I'm sitting here wide awake.I have to get up in 4 hours. Maybe I'll read for a bit and see if I feel like dozing.
