       I often think of this half remembered quote. "To the ant there is no difference between one and one million." I know I read this or a very close statement in a some science fiction but have not been able to find the author or book that I read it in.

       The grey goo problem is a hypothetical global catastrophic scenario involving large language models in which out-of-control financial parasites consume all biomass on Earth while deconstructing everything for everyone, a scenario that has been called enshittification (literally:  @pluralistic )
