@ThomasWic @JohnCParnell I hope that you are correct. But complacency is a dangerous mindset.While many people do not pay attention to social media they do watch/ read MSM and are heavily influenced by the people around them. Scott Adams is all about persuasion- what thoughts or actions is he attempting to provoke by his commentary?Scott Adam's seems to be devoted to driving a wedge between the MSM/ social media platforms and the public. Could this help influence voters?Can't hurt!

@ThomasWic Another brilliant thread.- Between you, Saul, Rex and others-your threads are so informative- they either cement my viewpoint or have altered my perspective. Some are just so shocking that they knock you on your a$$- this is one. Now I have a better understanding of what my military friends mean when they say Obama decimated the military. Are there any lines he did not cross in his destruction of America?

@Debradelai @Elaines2cents @ThomasWic @Kathleen- I think it was a brilliant move. From one angle: a high value offer of diplomacy. From the other: public acknowledgement/ proof of continued failure of Taliban to truly embrace peace/ diplomacy. Only works because POTUS has the b*lls to pull the plug. And under the public temper tantrums over Camp David is the glaring truth that the Taliban isn't and has never been interested in peace or diplomatic solutions.

I read/ watch what the media says he is and then I watch complete video of entire statements or read entire speeches. Hmmm- funny how that changes everything. Frankly- I don't need to like him- he was elected to do a job- and that he is doing spectacularly. Finally stuff getting done that will help ALL Americans. I'll happily sacrifice superficial decorum "rules" for real accomplishments any day!

@Momma_Voke In some cases there was only one candidate on the ballot- a Democrat. The GOP needs to do a better job- and find candidates to run.

@Silver Sadly I live under the jackboot of the tyrant BF Hoody in VA. I am very concerned for the mental health of young students if they follow through with these types of rules.
