@LatigoMorgan @EscapeVelo @wizardmanperson @mothersmurfer and I defrosted and cooked up (pan fried in garlic) the BEST red snapper the other night that I caught in the Gulf (and did the deep freeze on as soon as I got home... 14lbs worth!) from back in November... Possibly the best and most delicious fish I've ever eaten... Fresh is BEST!
