@waifu I think the idea was to make extremism look attractive to the player, then rubpull him with a bad ending, but they ran out of money before that could be added to the game.So now is a game where you meet this cool gal that groms you into a radical, then your teacher out of nowhere does an intervention and sends you to the re-education program even though you didn't really had anything happen to you or those around you yet.

@Groomschild @Nils Lack of deportations was never an issue of a lack of manpower in ICE, but the way these polices are enforced.This hiring wave, some of which seems aimed directly at the MAGA base, didn't result in more deportations, Obama's record remain unbeaten.What has happened in the last months seems to fit the narrative that Trump is trying to make this issue as partisan as possible, precisely so that as little as possible can be achieved on it.I admit there is no concrete proof yet, but for this sort of thing there never is until it already happened, so i guess time will tell.

@Lavaearth A challenging panel to localize, some of the humor is lost from the fact that "OH MY GOD" is a stereotypical English phrase for the Japanese, but the same can't be said for the phrase in Latin for Americans.Using Spanish and changing what the character says to "¡Ay, caramba!" feels like the epitome of corny localization 🤣 I guess the person here made the right call.
