TIL: Unlike other targets (including the editor mono JIT), #unity IL2CPP very much does not like it when you keep things in the stack for later.Boo:LD, DUP, OP, OPWoo:LD, OP, LD, OPHandling of the unfortunate case is _not_ very graceful: Nonsensical generated C++. Thankfully it at least doesn’t compile.

TIL: - #Unity will ignore the -executeMethod flag when the -runEditorTests flag is also passed. - The #TeamCity #Unity runner will always pass the -quit flag to Unity when configured for -executeMethod, so good luck programmatically running your tests that way. - The #Unity test runner _does_ wait for completion of other domain load invokes, including invoked script reloads, before responding to -executeMethod.So: If you want to parameterise a TC Unity test run, use custom CLI parameters.

I never did an #introduction here? Five years late to the date, but better late than never, no?Hullo! I’m a keyboard operator in #GameDev. I started professionally around 2005 and did it at #Unity3D from 2009 to 2013, where I decided to go explore on my own. I did lots of consulting with different studios, launched a #GameAI conference, and run @framebunker with @nulldiver.I code just about anything in any engine, with preference for AI and obv. Unity. I dig boardgaming and selfhosting.
