@the_verge Reddit mods knew they would do this. Not a surprise. But the caliber of redditors that are leaving will not be replaced and Reddit will devolve into bots spamming themselves.Reddit is worsening its own product in order to make money. @joaocosta While I don't want anyone to die in a non-peaceful way, I also don't have a lot of attention to give to folly and overindulgence.I cannot imagine what life is like for Ukrainians right now. Hospitals targeted, cities occupied, literal dams bursting, and the constant dread of nuclear radiation from one direction or another.As a reminder to other nations, the attached image is a map of the radiation cloud over Europe from Chernobyl.

@ifixcoinops I just closed my windows recently. I am in the southern US. At a certain point there are diminishing returns...the humidity is the worst. Also our wind speed lately has been 3 mph. Which is to say not enough.If I had sod on my house however...

@lowqualityfacts I found parts of a crushed seed/pit in my smoothie yesterday. I had to immediately stop drinking it, which was terrible since it was delicious, and began obsessing about cyanide poisoning symptoms and whether or not I would die. 🤦♀️ My brain.

@aljazeera I admire that she wants to take the opportunity to permanently house the people who don't have a residence. It's very "World Fair" of her. However, if the time and resources are not there...maybe time for alternative solutions?
