Beef is a major part of my diet, its one of the healthiest things you can eat, admittedly i eat a lot of ground beef, (chuck) but i do appreciate a good steak and Sirloin is definitely mine and the wifes favourite, using diced chuck to make beef and onion soup, better and healthier than anything that comes in a tin too.👍

True, they keep bumping up the age at which you can claim retirement, in the UK you have to be at least 67, which is convenient for them because after a lifetime of working and paying my national insurance, i don't really expect to live quite that long, but hey, maybe i will break with family tradition and actually live long enough to claim it!😂
