For context: here’s what happened. I received a notice that we were getting a 502 error whenever he tried to visit the site after restarting it. So I jumped into the server console and checked the status, according to the console everything was running fine and there were no errors. So I waited a bit and kept trying the website to see if it was just a restart issue. I kept getting the 502 so I decided to restart the server. Apparently it was still saving data, which I didn’t realise when I shut it off, which caused the entire machine to hang after it restarted to the point where it wasn’t receiving responses even in the console.I’ve never seen anything like this at this point so I reach out to some other admins for help, nobody knows what’s going on. I ask him to walk me through exactly what was happening when he got the 502 and it’s the same thing he had told me earlier. So I try to grab whatever data I could and migrate the server and destroy the old one. Well, my theory is that the data I grabbed had been corrupted somehow. (Likely during the crash.) Cut to 90 minutes later and nothing is working and I’m sitting here panicking like a madman trying to figure out how to get this online by the end of the night because I’ll be damned if I’m going to open a support ticket with the cloud service. Eventually I manage to get it running when it wants an admin account, this is when I knew everything was gone but I still held out hope and made one anyways hoping it had at least kept the account data(it didn’t). More time cuts and I’m finally in the admin fe and I’m setting up everything the way we had it before when we realise: nobody can register with a token. I didn’t use a token for either of my accounts I just created them directly through FE so I missed that step. I then spend another 30 minutes just staring at the status page trying not to cry because, again, everything was running fine and all of the calls were getting answered. I closed and opened tokens again and then just stared at the computer screen completely missing the gc and discord dms telling me things were working now.

Kind of considering making an Admin/update account on a different instance as well so in the event of unplanned downtime we can still keep some users updated.
