       @rosey I wonder whether by this logic the sites could or rather should be held accountable for the ads' content in case the court decides a website is to be viewed as a coherent piece of code. Axel Springer's argumentation suggests that their site with *all* its contents is their exclusive intellectual property.Most of the ads are provided by Google Ad Sense (afaik) and the amount of advertisements for fake products, scams and dubious financial seminars has gone out of control these past years
