       By ruling that Texas doesn't have standing to challenge election results in other states, the Supreme Court just set a precedent that will prevent Dem states from challenging the results if electors are blocked in Congress and a contingent election is forced.Seems likely that was Trump's plan... continue raising public awareness of fraud with such a dramatic and theatrical maneuver, while simultaneously setting a precedent that blocks the exits for Dems.

       @ThomasWic when you say “gave it to congress” are you saying the totality of congress? If so, how would he have kept every Dem quiet and why would they all have gone ahead with the charade of certifying and inaugurating Biden? I could see keeping faithful repubs quiet, but even keeping every Republican in congress quiet would be a tall order. As it is a majority of Repubs in congress voted to keep Liz Cheney in leadership.
