       Had an excellent time punching, kicking, kneeing, elbowing, and grappling with a stranger for 6 minutes this weekend.I also coached & supported my fellow fighters, and was there to see them test themselves.Life is short- I’ll never again work where I don’t believe in what I am doing. Grateful to currently be coaching others like myself who want more from themselves and are willing to take risks and make sacrifices. The job may change someday, but the mission is always to contribute to a better world.Combat sports may not change the world, but I’ve seen many lives improved through combat & training.There are more fights to come for us all.PV to everyone at Nostrica, and to everyone contributing to the FOSS space! 🧡💜🫂
