       @76c71aaeAbout how podcasting remained open; the neglect from apple is indeed a huge part i think, but perhaps you could interview Adam Curry, he could tell you the whole story as to how it got to apple in the first place, and how he pre-emptively set up the podcast index and the whole podcasting 2.0 thing to avoid capture.
