There is no marker of gut bacteria health. We know next to nothing about the gut microbiome. For example, the fact that they influence the brain is a relatively recent discovery and hasn't even fully penetrated the establishment. That being said, my guess is that the gut reacts the best to fatty meat. The bacteria break down almost all the nutrients they require to short chain fatty acids anyway. Also, regarding the uric acid (urate actually) and kidney stones. 75% of kidney stones are calcium oxalate, so urate stones are a minority of stones. It has been common knowledge in medicine for decades now that blood urate levels correlate to urate stone and gout incidence, but no causal link has been established (i.e. a person with very high urate levels might never form urate stones or develop gout). It is why alopurinol, a drug that lowers urate levels, should never be prescribed for lowering urate levels in people who never had gout or urate stones. What is necessary for urate crystals to form in the body is inflammation. So, even though red meat increases urate levels a bit, it is not itself inflammatory. This is why carnivores usually report a drastic improvement of gout symptoms when adhering to a strict red meat diet. What else increases urate levels? Fructose is exclusively metabolized in the liver, which produces urate. Since sugary processed foods, which are also rich in seed oils, are also highly inflammatory, you get the golden recipe for gout and urate kidney stones. The metabolization of alcohol also produces urate and inflammation, so people who have gout issues should cease all alcohol and junk food consumption. Instead of saying that, however, most of my ignorant colleagues recommend reducing red meat consumption, which is contraindicated for humans.

OP doesn't believe in law enforcement, it's libertarian brain rot.

My solution is to deport illegal immigrants.

No, I pay law enforcement officers to do it. Even in ancapistan you'd presumably have a paid armed militia which guards a border. The founding fathers were not against law enforcement in principle.

The solution is to stand down and let them enforce the law. Are we going back to libertarian fantasy land again? Protest the politicians who enact the laws. This isn't to say that LE is perfect, of course they aren't, they're fallible humans and should be held accountable to the LAW as well.Do you think we should deport illegal immigrants?

Well, if I was the American government in 2026, I would use violence to extract taxation from you and fund law enforcement. If I were living in fantasy anarcho-land, I would assume people living in a community were willing to fund their own security. As citizens of a country in the 21st century, should we be deporting illegal immigrants, yes or no? If yes, how would you enforce it? If no, just say so.

I am obviously not fine with killing people who disagree with me, wtaf? Illegal immigrants are leeching social welfare programs, which are funded by your taxes, which are extracted from you through violence. Do you believe in funding hospitals? How about building homeless shelters? Building a proper defensive army? You are living in delulu land, stop drinking the libertarian kool aid.

Yes, if I was the American government. However, I am not the American government. I am okay with killing some people, like violent recidivist criminals.I am defending the use of violence to enforce laws. And I am also condoning taxation btw, because libertarianism and anarchism is utopian drivel. It's a seriously deficient ideology. In a more bitcoinized world, it will be easier to choose which country gets to tax you, and states will have to compete more for your bitcoin, but taxes will always exist as long as there are states. Let's leave it at that.

All taxation is theft. All taxation is inevitable. There are better and worse forms of taxation, better and worse uses for those taxes. OP for example is against law enforcement in general, which I think is ridiculous.
