It's a bit macabre but my supervising doctor and teammates were making bets this morning on whether I could stabilize a critical patient without putting him in the ICUThe ICU docs were watching tooI did it. He turned around with just my minute to minute actions and the help of the nurse, respiratory tech etcIn the process I won the respect (at least temporarily) of my attending and the ICU docs- no small feat 🎉Will be forgotten by tomorrow but feels nice today :-)#DailyStoriesInMedicine
