Did most of the basic colour work for that sketch. I was amused to find a combo of 2 adjustment layers that pretty efficiently gets the basic colour look I was going for. Usually when colouring grayscales I just end up working nearly from the start again.

I tried to make use of them in this but I think I was still being a bit overly careful. I still don’t really grasp how to handle the colour distortion in a way I like.

Found some old sketchbooks. Pretty sure this is based on a pose from Unteralterbach. I like my lines better on real paper and for years I’ve experimented trying to create the same feel with digital. Best improvements I’ve found so far are using an extremely low pressure sensitivity on the stylus and a much much larger resolution canvas.

@PowerOfSin I know a considerable amount of people who have the exaggerated ‘they should all be castrated, tortured or killed’ mindset even about people enjoying art involving loli. Kinda makes me a bit paranoid about keeping the separate sides of myself very well divided. It does make me wonder whether some of the most over the top exaggerated responses to loli are people hiding their own proclivities in some way though. Just seems too intense or trained to be a natural response.
