@cy I’m not sure anyone is “forced” to join a religion. I mean there are several factors to consider (tradition, family, political regimes etc) but here in the US the mass adoption of the Christian religion just seems to be a byproduct of sheer ignorance and lack of overall education. As a former “born again” Christian I do agree with you on the nature of their tactics, though (mind tricks, terror, psychological mafia boss-ism) as I have engaged in such practices myself. Not something I can say I’m proud of. But again, I was just a teenager so I didn’t know any better 🤷♂️
