       I sit here in my french/canadian/irish/creole/first nations/etc skin and think, "if I go back to my roots to 'go back to where I came from' I would have to be chopped to bits." I'm honestly not 100% sure how I feel about immigration. I do know that murdering people in the streets, ripping children from their beds, separating families and throwing them into financial and emotional turmoil, and the other kinds of atrocities we've been seeing over it are not what I want to see happening to my neighbors.

       Just had a realization...today is actually her birthday. I totally believe in ghosts and spiritual influence and that coincidence is non-existent. She made me think about that this morning. 100%
