@tournelhenry Even the russian sites are doing this. VK, OK and even Poland's cancerous "Foltka" are requiring email addys and phone numbers for users with out of country IPs. I've noticed that it seems to be more of a push to force users to commit entirely to smart phone as those sites used via google play automatically link email and number to the initial account creation.
