It's not just the fertilizer production lost by lack of sulfuric acid, but *all* modern mining is dependent upon sulfuric acid. Indonesia already shut down a significant portion of its nickel mining. Australia will have to shut down most of its production. African mines have to shuffle supply chains to import from China (who owns many of the mines), so there will be disruption there.Significant portions of all chemical processing and manufacturing depends on sulfuric acid. Germany has shut some production already.
