The Bank Tried To Get the Seller to drop the offer down to 75,000$ and the Seller said No Deal. Which in Turn Kills The Offer i put in on the house. Now I have to move all of the stuff i put in there out.

The House Was Worth 70,000$. The Seller Refused to go down to 75,000$. In Turn Walking out and Killing the deal. The Fact Me and my Family went through all of this trouble to try to get the house just for this to happen. he can keep it. I'll try to find another.

I sold my condo last month. It took forever because the buyer was a real lunatic and kept ordering multiple house inspections. She even had it EMF tested. I've never been thru anything like it ever before. Good luck Xenia and Cozy!

Our buyer, apparently a first-time homeowner to-be, has a retarded realtor and as a result, wants us to re-roof, re-floor & re-paint the whole house and replace the HVAC...despite it being clearly known in the disclosures that we did all that over the last 18 months and is completely unnecessary.

Yeah, I had some wild requests too. I think it's because many buyers do not know how to repair anything and so want everything band new with warranties. Even if something is in working order, they want it replaced.

I'll be so glad to leave Texas. I loved growing up here just outside Houston. We had a really nice & well-kept small community of Western/Eastern European, Central Asian, Japanese, Armenian, Iranian & Lebanese diaspora, all of whom took ownership, embraced the American idea and contributed to society as citizens. Most of the elders are now retired engineers, doctors, scientists & schoolteachers, with all of us following in their footsteps.Wheels sold this place out to Big Tech, Israel & BlackRock, making this place unrecognizable, especially over the last five years. Crime is up, people are openly being replaced with our livelihoods getting upended. The place has been completely overrun by disrespectful jeets, mentally derenged crackheads & violent niggers. Its almost like a piece of our identity got stripped from us. It sucks. Now I know what my husband went through where he grew up.

We've had the same here in Canada. Communities are unrecognizable from what they were 20 years ago. And it's spreading out into small towns. They buy a hotel, a 7-11, a gas station and then bring in their families and workers and only hire their own. It changes everything.

It has irritated me beyond belief, because the buyer offered full list price. This place is as ideal 'move-in ready' as you can get. Near-new everything. A full suite of GE-Cafe appliances and a Trane HVAC, Generac emergency generator and a PV-solar electric array, all still under warranty, the home structure & foundation under an extended warranty...yet this couple has the audacity to make these requests.I'll bet their realtor put them up to it, pulling the 'You saw all those high-end appliances in there? That means they have money; they can afford more upgrades!".

Were heading to NW Florida. The office, production works & hangar will be on Destin Executive Airport. Cost of living & doing business lower, plus good short, mid & long term incentives from the state. Better than TX. We'll be saving enough to bring on at least 2x personnel towards year's end.
