I avoid people as much as I can, so this is hardly representative of anything, but I've talked with two boomers this week. Both are at least as smart as I am, certainly MUCH higher-earning and better-educated. They look at the world as it is and have concluded that we're on the cusp of great unity where we will all be nice to each other from here on out, because we are developing as humans. And both thought it was very sad that I have such a "restricted little world view" because I don't want to be around furriners in my own damn country.
