@freyaYeah I know her. Not well or anything but yeah. The catholic thing is new though. Last I'd heard she was dating some girl I kept off the streets for years who ended up pulling all manor of fuckshit before I cut her off. @patchuunSo humans *do* have some version of unihemispheric sleeping but it's usually highly contextual. Like when you sleep in a new place for the first time one side stays more *aware* although I wouldn't call it awake. So from what I understand is they basically try to keep one side from falling asleep over and over again until synchronization starts to fail. Which has the shape of truth but I don't know if it is. That said, when your hemispheres desync they do in fact develop separate hemisphere specific personalities but that's like what happens when you cut the corpus collosum. But even then over time they'll begin to resync through the hind brain again.
