Curse you Americans. The last 15 years i had only eaten macaroni and cheese once asva small sidedish in some American restaurant here. Before that it was in America all those years ago. For some unfathomable reason i decided to make it myself and eat it after all these years. So i did. Never again. It was so fucking good i almost ate all of it in a day(a whole pound of pasta was used, a whole half a kilo bag). Jesus Christ. I don't even have a starch tooth or anything and i bet that thing was like 3k calories a serving or something. No wonder you fuckers are so fat.

My wife makes a dish called American Goulash. It's essentially macaroni on steroids. It's elbow macaroni noodles with ground beef, tomatoes,onions, and green peppers. And of course topped with shredded cheese or grated Parmesan. It is quite possibly the best food ever created by mankind. I can eat an entire giant pot of it in a couple of days (it's better once it has been in the refrigerator overnight then reheated).
