       I made more cole slaw.You want the cabbage coated but on the dry side because the cabbage will sweat iand release water into the mixture.  If you make it too wet tight off the rope, it will get soupy.

       Absolutely. Add the sugar and vinegar first and then the mayo little by little. And make sure the cabbage/carrot ratio is about even. Helps to reduce the sweating.
