This does not mean that every individual in the government is emotionally or psychologically unstable. Nor is it a clinical diagnosis of #Trump himself. The issue is that the admin as a whole lacks a consistent attachment to #reality & the ability to organize its thinking coherently. More than half the country wants to throw out the bum and all his works.The NYT knows how to make such distinctions. Look at how delicately it describes Israeli state conduct, and distinguishes it from Israeli citizens. When it comes to other states, its nuance falls away.
