       @Derb It is funny because it is true.Right now farmers have their properties valued by how much they can sell the land for, not how much their children can earn from farming the land.Thus farmers are forced to sell the land since their children can not afford that tax.This is why Adolf Hitler proclaimed that land should not be an object of speculations.It was the Jew who managed to make land into a commodity. Now our farmers are selling their inheritance to pay the taxes. Some suicide.

       @Derb in my case, that last one is my insurance underwriter... my tax assessor must be buds with the appraiser.
