       I've seen a few people talk about their filament getting too humid and not printing correctly. Today, I had filament so dry it cracked mid print. Had no idea that was an issue. #3Dprinting

       @bradley Not sure the brand, but it was a cheap roll from Microcenter. It was 60% gone already without issue. I think my office is just too dry.

       @art That sounds like very wet filament, not dry. Moisture makes it brittle (the water molecules fill in spaces in the polymer chains so they don’t have room to flex).

       @art ah, sounds different then, had a sunlu spool break constantly but it started right away.
