Coggan’s Bakery is set to be restored.Like many locals, I’m eager to see this site revitalised and reactivated, while retaining and celebrating its heritage value.Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, and a special acknowledgment to members of the original Coggan family for engaging with me about this. The new owners have committed to prioritising community engagement as this project progresses, so keep an eye out for opportunities to have your say as plans take shape.
