       @volpeon I agree with a lot of this, and honestly feel like there should be a lot more discussion about it. It does kind of feel like we’re in a local minimum. I was thinking the other day actually about if like there was a dial for “targetedness” that you could turn on the receiver end from “just messages intended for me” to “everything anyone I know is saying”. Shoved it in the back of my mind as a “yeah maybe I’ll give that a shot some time”. I recently watched a video by @NumbersCanBeFun about Misskey and antennas which made me think about actually trying to just mess around with my own ideas for this sort of thing (w/i the bounds of fedi). But I want to work through this more, I definitely think there’s room for improvement in the sender interface, receiver interface, and underlying concepts. Thanks for sharing this! :)
