       @atomic At the expense of them being incompetent.  I had half the internet not routable for my IP, and I had to prove to them that it was an issue on their telecom link was broken.You can talk to a semi-competent support person, have them ping the cannonical repos which don't reply on my network as well as their own corperate network.  They realize that's actually a problem cause they can see it first hand, but they will just ignore it for a week untill you call again on a Monday and early.
