       I just cannot emphasise enough how much you do not want to get #LongCovid. It is, in every single aspect, a total, painful, scary, life-wrecking, fucker.So, please, FFS:- Try not to get (any variety) of Covid. I realise you have to balance living your life, but take what precautions you can.- If you do get Covid, take it super, super-easy when recovering, *even when you feel much better*. Trying to push through can have a disastrous long-term impact.
