       @AlejandroP it's very simple, you need maize flour only for us,  however, you can add salt, oil and milk. Boil water until boiling point, then put flour and leave for about 10 min to 15 then stir and leave it to cook with only charcoal fire for about 30 min. You can serve it with cabbages, meat, ndengu, beans, spinach, kales
