       @joel @ralismark just an instance admin being an edgelord I bet.I'm completely okay with saying there's plenty of rhetoric on Fosstodon I don't agree with. Some of the people here are off their damn rocker. I've remarked on that enough.But I stay because of that same kind of reasoning. In order for me to understand the world around me, I have to be around and cooperate and coexist with people I don't agree with. Different opinions and perspectives matter.That admin must not understand it.

More in the sense of being well rounded and sane and healthy, than "aww that's so cute and full of platitudes"Cat pictures are nice but they don't get shit done.Firmly being a realist can easily get you painted as a downer or a killjoy.There's gotta be balance in there somewhere.
