What kind of day is it you ask?I updated an alias I have in my .bash_aliases file. I save and exit, reload the shell, and it doesn't work. I check the file, do it all again, and it doesn't work. Literally more than 10 minutes later I finally realize I'm using fish not bash. That's the kind of day it is.

@mike BTW How do you like the Fish shell? I'm aware of it but I haven't tried it, yet!

@hakerdefo It's pretty good. It makes a lot of assumptions about what you want to do, and that's great when it it's right, but sometimes it does some funky things based on those assumptions. In general, good with some quirks.

@mike How does it compare with Bash? Does it make navigating the file/directory structure easy? I'm not a huge fan of 'cd' in Bash.

@hakerdefo It's really similar when it comes to basic commands. fish is a lot more involved with autocompletes, which can be a blessing or a curse depending.

@mike Aha! So, those autocompletes can be a hit or a miss depending on the hoour of the day and your luck! Got it!
