@isol8 She was penalised for missing the point of her own sport. The point of gymnastics is not power or brute force. It's grace and control. Something she frankly is not known for.If you can't land it with hyper precision, there is no point in getting an extra twist, flip, or foot of height or distance. Biles isn't half the gymnast Kerri Strug was in 1996, for example. Who made it count and did it right even when she was already injured and knew it was going to cause her a serious injury, even a likely career ending one. And for a team event, not an individual one.And Kerri Strug isn't even my favourite gymnast.@deprecated
